Ordering, Timing & FAQ

For our semi-custom suites, the fonts are fixed, but the layout can be accommodated for wording & graphics. We will customize to your color palette to match your theme!

You will count the number of addresses (not guests) and add 10-20 additional. For larger quantities, please click here for a personalized quote.
Online pricing reflects square cards on white or off-white paper. Additional paper upgrades can be accommodated.
1. After you submit your order, you will receive a link to submit your wording. A digital proof will be sent to you within 5-7 business days to approve.
2. Two rounds of complimentary rounds of minor revisions are included with your order. Additional rounds will incur a fee of $50 per proof, which will be invoiced to you separately and must be paid before your invitations are sent to print.
3. After you provide final approval of your proofs, your order will go to print.
After final approval, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for digital printing, or 4-5 weeks for letterpress or foil until your order ships. Additional embellishments such as ribbon or twine assembly, etc. will require extra time.

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER?
Below is the suggested timeframe to order; you will find our turnaround times listed when you purchase your cards.
Save the Dates: 7-9 months in advance; mail 6 months in advance
Invitations: 5-6 months in advance; mail 3 months in advance
Day-Of Stationery: 6-7 weeks in advance
DO YOU OFFER LARGER QUANTITIES?
We do offer larger quantities than what is shown on our website. Please contact us with your quantity, print method, paper selections and embellishments for a quote.
WILL THEY COME ASSEMBLED?
Your cards will ship flat and unassembled. Assembly and envelope sealing can be added for an additional fee.
HOW MUCH POSTAGE SHOULD I USE?
When you receive your package, we recommend taking one full suite to the post office you are mailing them from to have it properly weighed prior to obtaining postage. Each post office is slightly different, so we recommend this to avoid having any returned to you.
To make sure your invitations arrive looking their best, it is recommended that you have your invitations hand-cancelled (instead of running through a postage machine). You will need to contact your local post office to inquire about these services.
DO YOU PRINT IN FOREIGN LANGUAGES?
We are happy to design cards in alternate languages. Please note that if you are needing multiple language invites (i.e. one in English, one in Spanish) you will purchase those separately on our website.

Print Methods

Digital (flat)

This method lays flat on the paper, and perfect for those on a stricter budget.

Letterpress

The oldest form of printing, this method indents the paper for a pillow like feel using matte inks.

Foil

Similar to letterpress, except instead of ink uses foil to leave a metallic shimmer. If you are interested in this method, please inquire for a quote.

Paper

Standard or Double Thick / Available in White or Ivory

We digitally print on beautiful 120lb. or 240lb. eggshell textured cardstock. Letterpress is available on our 118lb. or 236lb. cotton stock, which is 100% tree-free and offers a luxurious touch.

Additional Shapes for Standard Paper

Handmade / Available in White

Our handmade paper is a thick, heavily textured stock with gorgeous deckled edging for letterpress or foil. Approximately 130lb, this luxurious paper is perfect for letterpress or foil printing.
