For save the dates and invitations, we recommend ordering a minimum of 2 months in advance of when you need your package in hand.

Design Time
In order to allow plenty of time for reviewing proofs, the design phase timing is the responsibility of the client. Should your order need to be rushed due to client delays in the proofing process, rush fees are 50% of the order total. We respond to all emails within 2 business days, excluding holidays, weekends, and shop closures.Production Time
Current print times are listed in our shop; please note that due to material availability, these timelines are estimates and your order may take longer to produce. Orders are shipped with tracking and insurance, and orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.Based on availability, rush printing may be available.
Please note that we do not rush the design process; rush services are only for the printing portion.

All orders include single sided cards, envelopes with return addressing (if applicable), and your choice of wording, ink, envelope color and graphics.
Semi-Custom: Fonts and layouts will remain the same; if you are interested in a font or layout change, we recommend our custom design services.
All orders will ship flat and unassembled, unless assembly services have been purchase.

When you receive your package, we recommend taking one full suite to the post office you are mailing them from to have it properly weighed prior to obtaining postage. Each post office is slightly different, so we recommend this to avoid having any returned to you.
To make sure your invitations arrive looking their best, it is recommended that you have your invitations hand-cancelled (instead of running through a postage machine). You will need to contact your local post office to inquire about these services.

Due to the custom nature of your order, we do not offer refunds or any type of cancellations once the order is placed.

If you find an error that you approved on your proof and need to reprint, we can do so at a discounted rate.
On the rare occurrence that we have made an error, we will do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible. Please note that we do not provide rush delivery services, so please allow extra time after you receive your package for inspection.

We ship most orders by UPS, with insurance and tracking. Once we have handed your package to a third party carrier, August + White is no longer liable for the package. We do not provide refunds for packages that are damaged, lost or delayed by a third party carrier. For international orders, please note that all tariffs or taxes on your package are the responsibility of the client.
if your package is lost or damaged, we will file a claim to with the carrier. You will need to repurchase your order, and if the claim clears and they reimburse us, we will in turn reimburse you for the lost or damaged package.
Stationery Policies
INCLUSIONS
Your choice of wording, blank standard envelopes, color palette and graphics.
Semi-Custom: We will design your first proof exactly as specified in your order. Revisions can be made to your wording and ink colors only.
Please carefully check your wording, spelling, and details prior to submission.
DESIGN PROCESS + TIMING
After you place your order, we will send you a welcome email with more details and a link to our design agreement.
Once completed, we will email your first proof within a few business days.
Design time varies based on the client’s responses to design changes and final approval. Please allow 2-3 business days in between proofs.
Once we begin designing, if you decide to change designs there is a $75 fee for the extra time to reformat.

Rush Printing
Based on availability, rush services may be available. Please contact us in advance of placing your order so we can confirm the timeline.
ORDERING + QUANTITIES
Should you need more cards once your order goes to print, there will be a $100 print set up fee incurred plus the cost of the extra items. Orders are taken on a first come, first serve basis. During peak seasons or vacations, we may become booked so we can focus on our current clientele. August + White may reserve the right to cancel any new orders and process a full refund for any reason.
Once an order is placed online, we do not provide refunds.
Pricing is subject to change without notice. We do our best to ensure the pricing is correct on the site; however, we reserve the right to refund and cancel any order with incorrect pricing.
SHIPPING

MATERIALS
For wedding stationery, we recommend ordering a sample if you are concerned about color variances or material selections.
We source from many vendors for our products, and cannot guarantee that all of the paper, envelopes, and any extras that we offer through our Collection will be available. Should your selections become unavailable or will take longer to produce, we will notify you as soon as possible. For handmade paper, there will be variances in size, color, texture, and thickness. Please note that these are made from recycled materials, so the beauty of handmade pieces is not an indicator of an error.
COLORS & PRINTING
While we strive to represent colors shown on our website and your final product, we cannot guarantee that colors will be identical to the color on your screen. Please note that due to monitor variances the colors of your items as seen on your monitor will vary from the actual printed color. Letterpress and digital inks are very different once printed; we recommend keeping the same print method for all cards if you do not want a variance in color.
For ink colors, please note these can still vary from the printed sample to the final product, due to printer maintenance and materials. Handmade paper is made by the piece, so color variances in paper & ink may be possible and is not considered a defect.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the custom nature of your order, once we begin designing we are unable offer refunds. Once your order is printed, should there be an error on our end, we will do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible. Should this occur, please note that we do not provide rush shipping services. Your package will need to be inspected within 48 hours of receipt; errors reported after this timeline are at the discretion of August + White to remedy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, design layouts and fonts produce by August + White and subject to copyright; you may not copy any designs, images, and/or artwork, or have others copy it or use it to create derivative works. All copyright, trademarks, design rights and other intellectual property (registered and unregistered) shall remain with August + White LLC. We retain the right to post all of our work and products on our website and social media.
We are unable to use another’s artwork in any capacity for our stationery.
Illustrations
We accept one reference photo for our services, and drawings will contain only what we see in the photo. If more than one photo is provided, or if we need to combine objects from different photos please reach out to us prior with your ideas to obtain a separate quote. We will charge additional fees based on the complexity of the illustration. We are unable to copy another artist’s work, so we only draw from an actual photo.
Illustration fees are for design time, not for the actual product and we unable to provide refunds. August + White will retain the rights to the illustration, and it cannot be distributed or resold.
ASSEMBLY
All orders will ship flat and unassembled, unless assembly services have been purchase. Assembly includes layering your cards stuffing the envelopes and sealing the envelopes; it does not include postage unless postage services are requested. By agreeing the the terms and conditions and purchasing assembly services, you are allowing August + White to determine the best order to assemble your suite.
POSTAGE
Once you receive your package, you will take one full set to the post office where you will be mailing them from to have them properly weighed and inquire about hand cancelling services. We are not responsible for insufficient postage or damage caused during shipping to your guests.
